How to Register:

Choose your classes: You can pick up to 4 classes per transaction. This includes:
- Pick Up to 2 Initial Classes: in a category.
- Pick Up to 2 Refresher Classes: in the same category.
Need Multiple Categories? For different categories (like Lead and Asbestos), please complete a separate transaction for each.
Registering Your Team: As an employer, you can enter the student's name separately from the billing details, making it easy to sign up team members. Please limit one student per transaction.

All Detroit Landlord Training Courses are 8:00am to 5:00pm. Most courses are 1 Day , with the exception of the Lead Supervisor course, which is 4 days long.

Please note that only students who pre-pay at the time of registering for a class are guaranteed a seat. All unpaid registered students are subject to being bumped from the course by a student that pre-pays at the time of their registration. This policy does not apply to anyone registered by their employer that will be invoiced for the employees’ attendance.
