OVERVIEW AT A GLANCE

The Organization

The General Services Administration (GSA) oversees thousands of leased spaces in buildings across the United States. Property management firms contracted by the GSA are responsible for maintaining these spaces, including ensuring safe drinking water quality in compliance with federal standards.

The Problem

To meet GSA regulations, property management firms must conduct regular water quality testing for contaminants like lead, copper, E. coli, Total Coliform, and Legionella.

The Solution

ETC provides GSA-compliant water sampling services to property management companies overseeing GSA-leased and owned spaces. By conducting thorough sampling, addressing above-threshold levels, and offering follow-up support like water management plans.

Scope of work

To meet the General Services Administration’s (GSA) national water quality standards, ETC provides water sampling services for copper, lead, E. coli, Total Coliform, and Legionella in GSA-leased and owned spaces across the country. This work applies to thousands of spaces, with ETC already completing sampling and compliance services for over 105 sites in 22 states.

Known for precise scheduling and punctuality, ETC collaborates with property managers to map sampling points, manage water stagnation conditions, and coordinate site access for effective testing. With the ability to mobilize for new projects within 48 hours, ETC consistently meets client timelines and ensures compliance with GSA’s baseline testing protocol.
