Silica Awareness
The OSHA Silica in Construction course is appropriate for workers and supervisors who may be exposed to respirable crystalline silica in the course of construction activities
This course will review fundamental information about silica and respirable crystalline silica dust encountered during construction activities. It will also look at health hazards related to exposure, necessary protective personal equipment (PPE), measures employers can implement to protect workers from specific construction tasks, and safe work practices.
