AHERA Asbestos Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
OSHA Class III Certification Course
This course equips in-house custodial or maintenance workers, directly employed by building owners, with the skills to perform minor asbestos removal operations as part of routine maintenance. The training emphasizes glove bag removal of small amounts of asbestos material (> 3 linear feet) to address operational needs.

Important Note:
As per Michigan Public Act 135, outside contractors may not take this course for asbestos removal in buildings where they work or to avoid becoming a licensed asbestos supervisor or contractor.
